Advance Payment — A 50% advance secures your slot. Balance is due on the day of the shoot.

Wrap & Leave — Leave the studio in the same condition you found it. We'll handle the rest.

Can I bring my own camera and lighting equipment? +

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own cameras, tripods, gimbals, and additional lights. Our studio provides the green mat and base studio lighting, but you can supplement it with your own gear. Just let us know in advance if you're bringing large rigs.

What is the size of the green mat area? +

Our green mat covers a generous floor-to-wall area suitable for 1–3 people in frame simultaneously. It works well for dialogue scenes, solo presenter shots, product demos, and music video setups. Contact us for the exact dimensions.

Is there a cancellation or rescheduling policy? +

Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance will be accommodated at no extra cost, subject to slot availability. Cancellations within 24 hours of the shoot may forfeit the advance payment. Contact us ASAP if plans change.

Do you offer editing or post-production services? +

The studio rental is for shoot space only. However, OG Alaparai has an experienced editing team and we can discuss post-production support (chroma keying, colour grading, cuts) as a separate service. Reach out to us to know more.

Can I visit the studio before booking? +

Absolutely! We encourage a quick visit before your first booking. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange a studio walkthrough at a mutually convenient time. Seeing the space in person helps you plan your shoot better.

Are weekends and holidays available? +

Yes, we try to keep the studio available on weekends and most public holidays. Weekend slots tend to fill up quickly, so book at least 3–5 days in advance to secure your preferred time.
